Africa

Hunting in Africa holds a special fascination for many people – not only because of the majestic wildlife, but also because of the vastness and pristine nature of the African landscapes. Amidst savannas, dense bush forests, and dusty plains, one encounters a wildlife rarely found anywhere else: elephants, lions, buffalo, leopards, and many other species still live here in the wild. Hunting – whether traditional, competitive, or photographic – demands respect for nature, concentration, and a deep understanding of animal behavior. At the same time, it is closely linked to the culture and history of many African regions. For some, it means adventure and challenge; for others, a deep connection to the wild.

South Africa

Hunting in South Africa is particularly fascinating, as the country offers enormous biodiversity and well-managed game reserves. Typical species of South Africa are: lion, rhino, and buffalo, Nyala, Blesbuck. Many other species also live there, such as kudu, impala, warthog, wildebeest, and zebra. South Africa offers both traditional stalking and sustainable forms of game management on private game ranches. For many, hunting here is not just an adventure, but also a way to connect with nature and experience traditional African wildlife culture.

Namibia

Zambia

Hunting in Zambia is considered a unique experience, especially due to the opportunity to hunt rare and inaccessible game species. Particularly sought-after is the sitatunga, a shy marsh antelope found primarily in the wetlands of the Bangweulu Swamp. In addition to this species, Zambia also boasts species such as the Cookson's wildebeest, an endemic subspecies of wildebeest, as well as the harnessed bushbuck and the defassa waterbuck. These species are found almost exclusively in this region and make hunting in Zambia something special. Hunting usually takes place in large, undeveloped game reserves – far from mass tourism and requiring a high level of closeness to nature and knowledge of the game.
